Guitar - A method

At the end of 2019, amidst conversations about music, guitars, and several coffees with luthier and friend Ricardo Louzao, a project emerged to create a series of tutorial videos on classical guitar technique, complemented by a book that would expand on the concepts discussed in the videos. We began work in January 2020, managing to record a total of 12 tutorial videos, while I wrote a significant portion of the text that would be part of the book.

Ricardo's passing in mid-2020 put the project on hold. His loss was a significant blow to me, as his confidence in my work provided a great motivational boost for my work, both in my artistic career and as a classical guitar teacher.

Despite this sad circumstance, the spirit of the project remains alive. I intend to continue with the project in the near future as a tribute to Ricardo's memory. The goal is to complete the book and the remaining videos, providing classical guitarists with a valuable resource to perfect their technique.

I hope that upon completion, I can share with the classical guitar community a legacy that will inspire and help future generations to reach their fullest potential with the instrument.
